Domain
| Message | What to do |
|---|---|
| Not verified yet | DNS can take a few minutes. Check the record name includes the full API host, then try again. |
| The URL is not valid | Use https://, a public domain name, no IP addresses, no query string or fragment. |
Import
| Error | Cause |
|---|---|
| Too large | The document is over 5 MB. |
| Unparseable | It is not valid JSON or YAML. |
| Unknown format | It is not an OpenAPI document or a Postman collection. |
| Unsupported version | Swagger 2.0 or Postman 1.x. Convert it to OpenAPI 3 or Postman 2.1. |
| Too complex | Over 50,000 nodes. Split the document. |
| Import by URL only works once your domain is verified | Verify the domain, use a URL on that same domain, or upload the file. |
| Too many imports in the last hour | Wait and try again. The limit is 20 per hour. |
Test results
| Result | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Credential rejected (401) | The test credential is wrong or expired. Save a new one. |
| Not allowed (403) | The test user has no permission for that resource. |
| Not found (404) | Check the path and the parameters. |
| Rate limited (429) | Your API is limiting requests. Try later. |
| API error (5xx) | Your API failed. |
| Timed out | Your API took more than 10 seconds. |
| Response too large | Over 2 MB. Use filters or pagination. |
| Redirect not followed | Your API answered with a redirect. Use the final URL as the base URL. |
| Could not reach the API | DNS, network or TLS problem. |
Review and production
| Situation | What to do |

| Request review is disabled | The Production step lists what is missing. |
| Not approved | Read Grostify's note on the integration, fix it and request a review again. |
| Suspended | Write to connect@grostify.com. |
| Everyone was disconnected | Authentication changed while live. Users connect again once it is approved. |
| Error | What to do |
|---|---|
Payment problem (131042) | Add or fix the card of your WhatsApp Business account in Meta. |
Low messaging limit (141010) | Complete Meta's business verification. |
| The keyword is not valid | One word of 2 to 20 letters, not a reserved word like stop or salir. |
| That number is not available | It must belong to this account and not be used by another integration. |
Web chat
| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| The browser blocked the sign in window | Allow pop-ups for your site and open the window again from the chat. |
| The chat opens empty | The origin is not in the list of allowed origins, or the chat is not ready. See Web chat. |
| Your session ended | It expired, you revoked it or the customer signed out. They connect their account again. |
| The assistant is not available | The monthly cap was reached. It resets next month. |
