Channels
Choose for each tool where it is offered. Claude, ChatGPT, WhatsApp and the web chat each have their own switch.
On this page
Each tool has four switches: Claude, ChatGPT, WhatsApp and Web. A tool enabled in a channel is offered to every user who connects through that channel, once Grostify has approved the integration.
Enable a tool in a channel
Turning a channel on requires, for each tool:
- The tool is not archived.
- The domain is verified.
- Nothing blocks it (see what blocks enabling a tool).
- A successful test of its current version.
Turning a channel off is always possible. The tool disappears from the next conversation.
When users see it
| Channel | Users see the tool when |
|---|---|
| Claude | The integration is live. Claude and Claude Code share this channel. |
| ChatGPT | The integration is live. |
| The integration is live and the WhatsApp assistant is on. | |
| Web | The integration is live and the web chat is on. |
Each connection only sees the tools enabled in its own channel. A user connected from ChatGPT does not get the tools you only enabled in Claude.
Note
Once the integration is live, enabling or disabling a tool takes effect right away, without a new review. Changes to authentication do send it back to review.
What counts for the review
To request a review you need at least one tool enabled in Claude or ChatGPT. Tools enabled only in WhatsApp or Web do not count for that requirement.
