Account
Your company in Connect. It groups your integrations, your WhatsApp numbers and the people with access. Each person has a role: owner, admin or member.
Integration
One of your APIs, registered with its base URL and how your users sign in. Create one integration per API, up to 10 per account. Its status is draft, in review, live or suspended. See Create an integration.
Slug
The short name of your integration in its addresses, for example acme. Connect assigns it when you verify your domain, from the domain of your API. It cannot be changed.
MCP address
The URL your users add to Claude or ChatGPT, like https://connect.grostify.com/t/acme/mcp. It answers once the integration is live. MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the standard AI assistants use to call external tools.
Tool
One call to your API that an assistant can make, with a name, a description, a path and its parameters. For now each tool is a GET request. See Tools.
Channel
Where a tool is offered: Claude, ChatGPT, WhatsApp or the web chat. You enable each tool in the channels you want. See Channels.
Connection
A user of yours connected to your integration from Claude, ChatGPT, WhatsApp or the web chat, with their own credential. You can see and revoke them. See Connected users.
Test credential
A real access token or API key of a test user, used only by the Run test button of each tool. A tool needs a successful test before it can be enabled.
Review
The check Grostify does before an integration goes live. See Review and production.
WhatsApp assistant
An assistant on your company's WhatsApp number that answers with your tools, each customer with their own access. See WhatsApp assistant.
Keyword
The word that opens a session with the WhatsApp assistant, for example asistente. Messages without it go to your team's inbox.
Link
The connection between a customer's WhatsApp number and their account in your system. It lets the assistant answer with that customer's access, and lasts 90 days.
Web chat
A chat button you paste into your website. Customers signed in on your site ask about their own data, and the assistant answers with the tools enabled in the Web channel. See Web chat.
Allowed origin
A site where the web chat can be embedded, like https://app.acme.com. It must use https:// and sit under your verified domain.
