Terms of Service

1. Who provides the service

The service is provided by Grostify LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Wyoming, United States (Wyoming Secretary of State, filing ID 2025-001731973), with its address at 1021 E Lincolnway 8776, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States (Grostify). Contact: connect@grostify.com.

2. The service

Grostify Connect provides infrastructure to connect WhatsApp Business Platform accounts through Embedded Signup, receive and send messages, manage templates and consents, and publish MCP servers with OAuth 2.1. Grostify operates on the WhatsApp Business Platform with its own Meta app and approved business verification. The specific features of each plan are described on the pricing page.

3. Your account

• You must be 18 or older and able to bind the company on whose behalf you act.
• You are responsible for your account credentials and everything done with them.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Relationship with Meta

• Use of WhatsApp Business Platform is subject to Meta's terms and policies, including the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service. You agree to comply with them and to make your end customers comply.
• Meta bills the connected business directly for messages and calls at its rates. Grostify does not charge or intermediate that amount unless a plan expressly says so.
• Meta may restrict, limit or close WhatsApp accounts on its own. Grostify will assist with appeals under the terms of your plan, but does not control or guarantee Meta's decisions.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Connect to:

• Send messages without the recipient's prior consent or outside the authorized category.
• Send content that is illegal, misleading, harassing or prohibited by Meta's policies.
• Connect numbers or accounts you do not own or are not authorized to manage.
• Circumvent messaging limits, business verification or any platform control.
• Compromise the security of the service or of third parties.

We may limit or suspend accounts that breach this section, with prior notice unless urgent.

6. Your end customers and their data

You are the controller of the data of your end customers and of the WhatsApp users who message them. Grostify acts as processor under the privacy policy and the data processing agreement we sign. You must obtain and keep the necessary consents and honor those people's rights.

7. Pricing and payment

• Prices are published on the pricing page and billed in US dollars unless the contract says otherwise.
• Fees are charged in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the period.
• You can cancel at any time from the panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and does not entitle you to a refund for the current period, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
• Applicable taxes are added to the price.

8. Intellectual property

Grostify retains all rights to the service, its software and documentation. You retain all rights to your data, your product and your integrations. You grant us the minimum license needed to provide the service.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change the service, especially when Meta changes its platform, with reasonable notice of changes that materially affect you.

10. Warranties and liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Grostify is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may terminate the contract with 30 days notice, or immediately if you breach these terms or Meta's policies. On termination we revoke the tokens of connected accounts and delete data under the privacy policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or data protection rules that apply in your country. Before going to court, both parties will try to resolve any dispute in good faith for 30 days.

13. Changes to these terms

We will publish changes on this page with their date. If material, we will notify by email at least 15 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept them.
